Need some help on this two badges

HI ALL,

CAN ANY ONE SAY ME SOME THING TOO THIS BOOTH BADGES ?

The first one is a Romanian Pilot badge. The second one is an insignia belonging to a "sublocotenent" in the 8th Fighter Group - "Grupul 8 Vanatoare".

Date on the back is 04.12.1941, and the picture depicts an IAR 80 Fighter. The surname of the guy is "Ionel", but I need better pics of the back in order to get his family name. It starts with a "P" though.
