I belive this is a reproduction. It's a generic tombac-imitation configuration stamped with the "Osang" logo.

Hi Dave,

This is probably coming as an expensive shock to you at the moment but I agree with Yuri, this Glider Badge is just not right. I don't think even BSW used such a huge hinge!!

I can only confirm the general feeling from the others about this badge => the eagle does not look correct towards me and add there the non conform Osang Logo, etc ... to.

I have never seen a Osang Gliders badge untill now that I feel is perfectly legit => My advice stay with the Juncker or the BSW products .

Sorry, I must concur - not goood IMO - I haven't seen a good OSANG marked Glider Badge yet. Osangs usually carried a much smaller hinge on their badges - That baby's HUGE!!

Well, unfortunatly I got the luft badges from one guy in trade. I will not mention his name but hopefully he is a stand up guy and will take them back. I hope he was not knowingly cleaning out his junk box. I do not have a real high for most dealers but us collectors should have a bit higher standard, sell a questionable piece as such and fill a hole if that is what you want.
Thanks for your opinions, I got four badges in the deal and so far the two rare ones are questionable at least. I did not trade to sell them off, but if I ever wanted to, I would want them to be 100% unquestionable real badges.
If I wanted to loose money, I would buy stocks.
