Very Pretty badge, but...
Rich,
I wish I had one of these to offer here, but I don't.
I do have a pilot badge marked JMME and it has both the Juncker (type-2) wreath and eagle. Only difference being the eagle is all silver and the rivets and hinge are different. Saying this, I would almost expect the P/O to resemble a Juncker badge as well.
I remember Jos has a very nice Juncker that does appear similar to the front here, including the bulbous claws. I also notice that Dave's badge seems to have the last claw clipped--similar to Juncker style badges as well.
However,
When I turn the badge over, I don't like what I see either. The rivets on most JMME badges have that "pinched" look and are smaller, not these large very well rounded rivets shown here, IMO. The hinge appears to be the same color as the badge and pin? My pilot is brass, as are most of the JMME badges. (?)
I also don't like the beveled edge going around the outside of all the details. Almost looks machine-finished to me. Check out the reverse left-side of the eagle and it's very plain cut and shows no little cuts or hand finishing traits when compared to other badges I have seen.
Honestly, I don't know that much here, as I don't really get into these, at least until I can afford one and get lucky enough to scarf one up.
Just some thoughts as I look and compare to different ones in my files.

Hi,
This badge does not look right to me. Tim has hit the nail on the head with the even bevelling all around the inner/outer edges of the wreath and the entire outline of the eagle. If this was marked Juncker, it would be a definite repro but JMME adds ambiguity as these badges aren't as well known. I also don't like the gold main pin (have a look in the background of the OBVERSE image where the reflection is not interfering) and the light scratching on the reverse which seems to be so common on repros (hard to describe but hopefully you know what I'm talking about). This looks like one of those laser cut jobbies to me - the wreath profile is just too regular. I'm pretty sure I could find an image of an identical badge, marked for another maker, from my repro files. Personally, I think this a repro - I'll have a look when I get home at the end of the week if things remain unresolved.

In have a JMME observer badge that I will post this afternoon. It has a bit of wear and it has the same wreath & stamp. I am not a badge guy and got these from a very advanced collector in trade(got several luft badges). My friend has an early JMME that has a much smaler wreath and realy small rivits, I will try to post it this week-end.
I will agree with another comment about this being fake.If it is, I might have to start up a new hobby!DaveJ

FOR COMPARISON
ALL:
Here is one that came on a tunic as part of a large grouping. And pay no attention to Tim Calvert; if it doesn't say Juncker or L/12, he becomes even more ignorent than me....
