Opinions on Transport and Recon Clasps

I am in the process of selling the collection of a friend of mine who had a misfortunate accident and passed away. These two Luftwaffe clasps come from that collection. I have someone interesed in them, but I want to make sure they are good before I sell them. So are these OK or not?

I don't believe either one is an original WW2 example; construction and details are not correct for wartime pieces.

I'm not sure of the first one but the second (the recon clasp) is, as Gene points out, bad.

I think the first one could be ok, but the recon clasp seems very suspicious.
