Looks very much like a type 3 Juncker eagle.

I've tryed to lighten it up some as the badge is not that dark.

Compare it to the eagle on a Type 3 Juncker. The detail on the round-wreath eagle looks very poor. I would definitely like to see a photo of the round-wreath badge with the quality of the one that I've posted.
