According to JR Angolia (approximate numbers): Heer: 4,556,; LW: 30,000 (Goring was very generous); no number quoted for KM, but I think it's considered the rarest.

Gordon estimates ~ 37 awarded (including Postumously). However, many more were made than awarded obviously.

I never realized there were so many LW spangen awarded.
I just ordered a nicely worn 1957 ribbon bar with the following awards:

* LW Ehrenblattspange
* EK I
* Ek II
* Frontfliegerspange, transport, gold
* Kreta cufftitle
* Pilotbadge
* 4 year longservice
* Romanian medal - Crusade against comunism

I thought there would be a chance to get a name of the wearer. But with 30000 awards I guess the chance is small?

Due to the fact that very few pics showing it worn ( I just know 3-4) exist and that the entry in personal document (soldbuch - wehrpass= is extremly rare too, the figure of 30.000 is IMO over-evaluated.
