    Luftwaffe Ground Assaault Badge

    Hello, last Friday I was able to receive this Lufwaffe Ground Assault Badge from local vet estate here in Germany. It came together with a boxed EK1 and black wound badge. Could any please LMK which maker this LW GAB could be ? The vet received it as a fighting soldier of Luftwaffe Field Division in late 1944.
    Any help would be great.Thank you!

      Hi HGL,

      As far as I am aware, the maker of these later-war versions with cast-in hinge and catch remains unknown.

        LW Ground Assult

        I have one late war zinc. At this point of the war they were just spitting them out as fast as they could no time for MM. My theory
