Assman double marked Stick Pin

Hi all, I am not a Luft collecter at all but I aquired this in a trade some time ago. It is double marked for Assman and looks good to me but what do I know . Is this a pilots pin or something else. Thanks guys

I think I'm correct in saying that Mark Miller has an Assmann P/O double marked with the "A A&S".

Man! What a memory. Yes, I do. It is an Assmann Pilot/ Observer.

If you look closely, on both sides of the pin you will see the A. Below that, on one side of the pin is the A and on the other side of the pin the S.

Greg, that's a nicely marked pin, but it is not specifically for pilots. It could be for someone associated with the Luftwaffe (in any capacity) to wear on civilian clothing, or for uniformed women serving in the Luftwaffe - they often wore such pins on their neckties.
