        I don't like this badge. The details are not sharp enough on the eagle. It looks like there is pitting on the wreath which would indicate a casting manufacturing process. Not for my collection.

            Well, you have already heard from a couple of the top guns on this piece and I also agree.               I'm going to agree with the previous comment by Yuri and Francois - "not for my collection" To be honest the wreath does look somewhat like an Assmann as does the eagle, but the pitting is a major turnoff for me on this one. Also, I can't say I've personally ever seen an Assmann or any other manufacturers Observer Badge with what I will call " slice outs" at both ends of the way too high hinge Sorry!

                Hi,
                thanks for your reply even if it is a shock it seems that all my badges that are not vet aquired seem to be wrong so it shows you know your hobby as you always like my vet items,i'll post another observers for comment.
