Does anyone reconise the name Lubeck Hubertus?

For instance "Die heutige Bundespolizei-Unterkunft "<ABBR title=Doktor>Dr</ABBR>. Robert Lehr" in Lübeck-Sankt Hubertus wurde in den Jahren 1935 bis 1938 als Kasernenanlage für eine Luftnachrichteneinheit errichtet.

Ab 1942 waren in dieser Einrichtung Nachrichtenhelferinnen der Luftwaffe untergebracht."

The symbol with the three flashes will be for Nachrichten/ transmissions, maybe for the Nachrichtenhelferinnen as I don't know if LW tinnies were already worn before the war.
A tinnie as many a LW unit wore them.
