cloth Pilot observer Badge opinions please

I bought this cloth Pilot Observerbadge and I need now some opinions if the badge is orginal ore not.

I have never liked this style of badge; the eagle looks more like a chicken. So for me,

I agree with Gene ... I dont like this style and I have couple of Pilot cloth badges that look so much better and more detailed. however can't tell if this is pre 1945.
I wouldn't buy it ... sorry just my opinion.

Well,I think we've a similar pattern here..

Not the same at all. The wartime pic shows a badge that has thicker leg feathers and a different eagle's head. I have yet to see a badge like pip's in a wartime pic that was clearly discernible.
