    Dear All,
Got myself an early birthday present, and would like to share with you the view of it.

    Best regards,

Case open. The color of the lining looks totally different in flash light. In real life it's the early violet shade:

Without wanting to rain on the parade, I was under the impression that Deumer Badges were usually in those types of case?

Nice badge and case, both original for sure. I have checked with Ivan's excellent case article. This is definately a post war marriage!

                          Thanks guys

And thank God for such marriages, there definitely won't be a divorce.

Just a comment: how would we (or Bob) "definitely" know these were married after the war and not mixed during the war. After all, some just had more than one badge of each kind. I know of a pilot grouping where the guy had FOUR Pilot Badges.

Those cases are very good quality and not usually associated with Junckers but Deumers. Of course, we'll never be able to "definitetly" know that but conversely how do you know they were "definitely" a geniune match in WW2?
With the amount of boxes available and sold now post war ,without badges, the answer, on the balance of probabilities isn't difficult.

Heh Bob, what's going on here, why do you ask me this question? Did you take a rethorics class and want to practice a trick or two or did you not read your own post and my reply to it. I never said anything was "definitely", it might surprise you but it was you who did that . So between you and me it is you who should be asked: ""...how do you know""This is definately a post war marriage!"" Conversely of course

Ok, kidding aside, I accept the Deumer association and have no prolem with a mint Juncker Para badge in a minty Deumer case.

BTW: can you give me the link to Ivan's article. I can't find it.

                              Best regards,

                              Albert
