Better pictures are required. I think it's a casting from an original OM pilot.
The detail looks rather weak, not easy to see on these blurry pictures.
Anyway the set-up is totally wrong and it's missing the typical cut-out in the wreath above the hinge.
A fake!

AGREED, fake. Soft edges and incorrect base metal and wrong hardware setup for OM badges.
