I don't see any problems - classic type D. Only someone may have polished the wreath high spots in the past.
Weight - 34,17g.
I am waiting for your opinions.

A textbook Assmann para badge in tombak.
I agree it might have been cleaned in the past but not in a degree that it's disturbing.
The white residue in the maker mark might be remnants of a cleaning product.
