Salty estate sala para - help needed

Hello everyone, came across this para badge at an estate sale that has not yet started and could use some assistance. Salty condition, unmarked. What's a reasonable offer on this? If the price is right I'd consider trying to get it. Dark spots were dirt/dust and not corrosion as reflected in other photos. Thank you!
