Its a fake, nothing like original JMME products and JMME is also not a known maker of the Observer badge.
Once your a paid Association Member, you can view the Database of Original badges and see there are no original JMME Observer badges:

IMO fake. IMME & Sohn used Juncker parts and it looks like an Assmann eagle was used on this one. The wreath doesnât look right either. IMME is rare marker on Observer badges, hard to find.Comment

As said, common fake, learn the details of the wreath in the last picture.
No original badge ever had leaves in those shapes, this fake wreath design has been around for many years.
