opinions needed on a luftwaffe air gunners badge

I was offered this luftwaffe air gunners badge. It has a maker mark. Its made by G.H Osang Dresedn. The dealer told me he would sell it with a gurantee of authenticity and I can return it anytime. Just would like some opinions about it.

One could say the following things about this badge:

1) Osang never made air gunner badges

2) Wow, this MIGHT be the first Osang marked air gunner badge we see and proof that Osang indeed made these

3) Fortunately, this is a known fake. You might want to compare the defaced eagle, the hinge, maker mark, catch
