    A very nice true J1, without back pics I can’t tell if it’s been repaired but looks to be a lovely Juncker . It’s a early J1 too as it doesn’t have the flaw in the eagle.

                  Very nice early Juncker in great shape. I agree it was likely issued due to its production timeframe, but the condition is so nice that it probably wasn’t worn everyday or it was taken carry good care of by the recipient.
