No expert so wait for others but buying a badge like this from such crappy pictures is like playing russian roulette with 6 loaded chambers... Still, trying to judge from the back pict, to my knowledge, only BSW (& another company named Deutchbind something or other) used such a wide hinge on its badges and the mark on the back of this one doesnt look like the BSW clover logo or the long name version or the even longer Deutchbindwhatever name so I would insist on better picts

I know the pictures are crappy, but it’s an older gentleman that has this badge and he doesn’t know how to take good quality pics. I’ll post better pics when I have the badge in hand.

I can only agree with Seb, this one is a pretty easy fake because it doesn't use a design used by any original maker. Both the eagle and wreath designs are unique, so if you study what originals look like this one should be easy to spot.
