These are both high-end cast reproductions, likely from the same source.
The features are hard to appreciate on the poor photos but nevertheless you can see some of the reproducible stigmata on these blockade breaker castings.
This is a pretty sophisticated high-end cast reproduction, but there are numerous inconsistencies compared with an original. Obverse detail is not as fine and the surface texture has fine pitting. The tooling marks on the pin are not correct and the solder is mounded higher around the question-mark shaped catch.
Here's the badge compared with another fake of this type showing the shared surface blips on the reverse from the casting die. Although question-marked shaped catches are found on original wartime badges, that mounding of the solder on the catch is a feature commonly seen on Staegemeir fakes.
