Looks like a genuine Tombak Juncker U-Boat badge, possibly ground-dug or water-salvaged to account for the unusual corrosion and then cleaned?

Original Juncker but it have been heavily cleaned and it is not in the best condition

We use to get a lot of heavily corroded badges coming out of East Germany after the wall fell. Many were in bad condition due to veterans hidding them in walls or basements from the Stasi.
