Gents, Some time ago I acquired this badge along with some other items from the vets wife. I like the badge even though the catch is missing. Any idea of maker? It is worth having the catch replaced? Thanks Rich

Hi Rich,
This is late war zinc Rettenmaier Pity about missing catch but it does not make sense to replace it.

As Hubert mentioned it is a good late war zinc Rettenmeir.

And as Thomas mentioned,leave it as is.


Overall,i think it is just fine and in original condition,despite the missing catch.
