For sure a cleaned example, that is obvious.
A pimped up award. This badge has no finish left and the basemetal was polished
to deceive people.
That said it's an original Schwerin aux cruiser... i would wait for a better example.

I agree, original but heavily worn tombak Schwerin AC. Unfortunately cleaned and polished down to the basemetal. No finish left on the obverse. I personaly prefer untouched examples.

I agree, it’s a real badge but it’s been heavily polished. Here is what one looks like with the finish intact.
