Looks like a very nice Gablonz made badge to me as well. These are not so easy to find, not rare but not common either. I haven't tracked prices on these lately, though I think the prices have decreased somewhat from the highs of a few years ago.

          Very Nice

I agree with the others very nice piece and much more uncommon than a Schwerin. Great piece.

Although it is made of zinc, the unique styling, craftmanship and rarity make it more desirable than a Schwerin, IMO.

Valuations are so hard these days and the reason is that even on the top dealer sites there are so few nice KM badges anymore IMO. These RSS HSF badges used to be fairly common and the reason was that they were usually fakes, especially on British dealer websites.

Now we know the good from the bad with a little reading on the research thread here.

Since you are selling, I suggest you do some research of your own on every site you can find and see if you can find one of these and give your range but it will be hard.

Remember, rarity is not necessarily the entering argument for KM badges since less rare badges are often more expensive that uncommon examples.

So give it a try, and let us know what you think it is worth and we will go from there. Yes, I have a range in mind, but I like to see what the seller thinks first. I have learned this lesson the hard way on this forum and often the reason the seller does not get a response is that collectors do not like giving a value and the seller becomes angry about that valuation, believing the artifact is worth much more.

                My two cents.

                Mine attached.

So what range have you come up with? I just checked Weitze's site and he has only two HSF in total, both SB in tombak. That is it.

                      Hello John,

before i can add the badge to the estate
i become " in my opinion" a good offer for the badge
and i sold them to a collector in the USA.

                      Best wishes

                      kfs
