here i have a badge for review with a maker mark 4 in the pin but the question is , i it original ?

Yes, this is original S&L tombak destroyer badge in heavily worn condition, cleaned and polished down to the tombak basemetal. The upper pin was shortened. No other issues as far as I can see.

I agree with Hubert.

Looks like a good tombak S&L with a shortened top hook.It's not uncommon to see the long top hook on these badges shortened by the recipient.
