Another U-Boat Badge for Opinions

I just recently purchased this U-Boat badge and wanted to get a few opinions / observations. I must admit this isnt my area but who doesn't want a U-Boat badge!

This is an atrocious fake and a dealer should know the difference. Please advise him to buy the B and D series of these badges edited/written by Norm and myself here:
