    This is the first and only FCL Minesweeper I have seen. It's a nicely made badge...but it does have a "machined" appearance. The "shear" marks do not look authentic to me. They are too random, rather than straight up-and-down as would be caused by the cookie-cutter effect of a true shearing process. These almost appear like sanding marks.

    I am leaning towards high-quality fake...but am open to more opinions.

      If its die cast there would be no shear marks.

      Like Ed, the more I look at it the more suspicious I become.

          Tony, Breakage is a mark about half way down the sides of a sheared piece of metal. The tool and die only cuts 1/2 of the metal the rest breaks off. The shear marks will still continue all the way down the sides though.

            hello ,
            self hold this piece at a modern collectersproduction. there is clear differences close by Makersstamp , in addition see it after a casting at very fine material outfield.
