Opinions wanted on 2 U Boat Badges

I would be very grateful for opinions on these two UBoat Badges. I do not recognise the catch type on the U Boat War Badge, which looks to be heavily repaired on the reverse. I attach some pics.

The flattened catch on the U Boat War Badge is new to me, not having seen that type before, so probably a later repair I suppose.

Well the uboot badge looks like a repaird fake bacqueville to me.
The Uboot spange looks strange to me, I haven´t seen any first pattern with fluted pin before.

I was very suspicious of the flattened catch on the U BOat War Badge, and I suppose to experienced collectors like yourselves there must be more indications of it being fake.
Interesting that the other one is also a fake.
I will give them a wide berth.
