It looks to me like an original Destroyer Badge by Schwerin. However, it looks like the swastika has been mashed down a bit and that really hurts the value. €350 is way too much for this badge.

I think there was. This is a later tombak variant which has always the swaz very nicely shaped and in this case it realy looks like someone denazified it end then tried to make it look better.
