Schwerin HSF for review

It is time to move some items from my collection to fund other militaria related purchases and to that end I want to offer this piece on the stand but first, I'd like my opinion that it is a good one confirmed. I purchased this out of a collection in 2013. Thank you for any assistance,

400 eur or usd is awful lot of money for a hsf in such condition provided 5here is no super story behind it.

Well, I think 100 euro is more realistic for a badge in this condition. Easy to find undamaged ones and this one is even hard to use for a uniform display?

I agree on what have been said. I am maybe
a little bit more optimistic about the value.
To me maybe 150-200 USD are realistic. But
only one way to find out. Remember you can
ask what you want for it. So ask what you are
comfortable with, and you can reduce the price
later, if you decide.

Thanks, I try to be reasonable with my asking prices though sometimes I goof. Very slow selling here right now unless you are giving a very good price. I try to do that when I am into an item for little money, sadly I got boned on this one. Oh well.

lol Eric, Norm burst your bubble, but keep in mind prices were higher on some things years back and it all depends on who is selling and item and where etc..It is still a neat piece that shows honest use

I overpaid for it, that lot of items was all offered at a very high price, a large and long term collection owned by a wealthy collector.
The Nephew was offering the pieces and using all of the well known high priced dealer sites as a price guide.
I'll just keep it, it's a cool used HSF.
