Blockade Runner Badge Opinions

I was recently offered this blockade runner badge at a local antique shop. The seller is asking $400. Does the badge look authentic, and if so is that a fair price? I appreciate any help.

To me it looks like a nice C. Schwerin & Sohn- Variation 1.

I agree, a very nice example. The price sounds like it's probably fair retail/insurance value if not looking for a quick sale? And I suppose twice that for a complete set with case and mini.
