Hello all,
I spoke privately with Thomas Durante about this one and he thought it looked like a Deumer to him. When I looked at these threads myself I thought it was plausible:
http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=819690
http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=840857
http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=828462
It is marked "65" on the reverse of the pin and the engraving looks absolutely period done IMO. Perhaps K&Q used it in one of their displays or outsourced it for a customer, I really don't know unfortunately.
Any feedback?
William Kramer
