As Martin has said, nice original Juncker zincer
This is late zinc variant made of a new die set. It lacks flaws present on erlier die and also misses a leaf tip over the stern.

I agree with all the previous comments. A nice badge but there appears to be a fracture between the lower end of the swastika and the conning tower.
