Sorry to say that both badges are postwar copies IMO.

I have not seen that "53" mark on any KM award and i have not seen that horizontal pin set up on a Freidrich Orth Destroyer badge before.

I agree with Martin. There are a couple of examples of that Destroyer and five examples of that U-Boat badge in the Fakes Galleries.
