Looking for some Info on 2 Badges Found at Garage Sale

Hello everybody, I recently found 2 Medals/Badges at a garage sale, I am a total novice when it comes two German WWII Items so I was hoping maybe someone could help me out with some info like are they original or reproductions? are they rare? are they valuable?
I have done some research and I think that I have figured out the names of the badges, one is a Kriegsmarine Auxiliary Cruiser Badge and the other I think is a Anti-Partisan Badge, If I am incorrect please correct me,
Any Info would be helpful and appreciated, Thank You

We cant see your pictures. You have to be an association member and pay the annual $25 fee to be able to share pictures. A very worthwhile investment in my opinion as there are a lot of knowledgeable members that can save you a lot of money and grief

Actually it's $35/year now.

or ask an association member to post it for you....pending your decision to apply for association membership. As mentioned it is well worth the $35 membership fee.
