U-Boot overseas ca badge

This cap badge came from the same veteran's estate as the ring that I just posted.
Is anyone familiar with this item? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help.

Sorry i cannot comment on the authenticity of the badge but according to the Paul Hogel book it appears to be the traditions badge for the U-413.

I like it a lot. The fact that it's not the most famous boat around, the design of this logo is not attractive at all and that the best seems to have a very believable patina I would give this a thumbs up.
