Personally I would also have paid what Thomas Huss had asked for...there are a good amount of originals existing but not showing up so frequently in the market.

I've registered at Kai's site but I'm damned if I can find that badge.

Got to be the worse site ever for navigating - there are a zillion categories, you can't seem to sort by price and I've tried every possible description for the badge i can think of, in English und Deutsch, in the search box.

Have you got a direct link, or the title so I can search for it.

agree think the plate has been remade and soldered to the back possibly causing some damage the the enamel in the centre section on the front

Yes I agree it looks dubious now you've pointed it out.

To be honest I'm not too fussed about items being perfect so long as they display OK...

...but wouldn't want to pay top dollar for repaired/damaged stuff.

One of these is deffo on my wish list now though
