Two coastal artillery badges- one by Otto Placzek - original? Help appreciated!

Recently offered these in a collection and was wondering if they were original- One appears to be marked on reverse Otto Placzek. Any help greatly appreciated!

Yes, both original. A nice Tombak example from C. E. Juncker and a zinc badge attributed to Steinhauer & Lück.
