As Steve has said, nice tombak Schwerin U-boat
Since the reverse shot is very bad I would double check the catch before payment.

I think the catch is OK, we have seen that kind of extended discoloration before, including the area around the hinge.

Like Martin said though, you should always have a couple extra shots of the catch to make sure it has not been reattached somehow. I do not think so in this case, but nothing lost by other views of the catch.
