U-boat and destroyer badges for review

Hi!

I have some doubts about these two badges being offered to me.
Schwerin destroyer has odd obverse finish and odd pin, with some other warning signs, while U-boat has a strange reverse etc.

What do others say about them?

Hi,
Destroyer is a dud but the u-boat zincer looks like good unmarked F&BL to me.

Destroyer 100% is bad.
The boat isn't pleasant to me too...
