Schwerin zinc Zerstorer for review

I am posting the badge for review.
The photos are the only ones I could get at the moment
and I know they are not good and doesn't show the important details :-(

Pics make it tough, but that might actually be tombak? You have it hand, so you can probably see the high points with base metal exposed?

Also, on most zinc examples I see, the block hinge is oriented differently.

I must agree, original badge but repainted.

The gilding of the wreath looks to be ok, but the ship looks a little odd. Might be silver paint.

I agree, original tombak Schwerin Destroyer but polished and refinished on the obverse.
