    That´s how these zinkers should look like. But the piece was repainted imo.

          I'm inclined to agree with Daniel here.

          Yes,an original zinc Schwerin but the finish does not look correct IMO.

          Here is an original zinc Schwerin that i used to have.The obverse gilding remains virtually intact but has faded to a dull "olive" colour.

          This is what i like to see on an early,original zinc Destroyer by Schwerin.Not to mention the "bubbling".
