The design is a slight variation of the "Werftleistungsabzeichen" (in plaque form)....Performance badge for good performance (of Western Yards)...Civilian "Dock" Workers Excellent Performance Award. Circa late 43/44.

Would need to see the back... etc., before commenting on originality... of course, if deemed original there would be interest!
