U Boat Clasp in box of issue

I just bought this lovely boxed U-Boat Clasp to upgrade the one which I bought 40 years ago. As you will see, the vet liberated it in Norway in 1945 and has written on the lid "German Oak Leaves for U-Boat Crews. Obtained in Norway 1945 when inspecting German Naval bases".

I must say that the writing on the lid didn't put me off buying this clasp as it explains the clasp's history. Its in great condition.

Is it 100% OK?

The photos are a little small and dark for close study, but nevertheless for a great classic example like this it's still an unequivocal !
