      Looks like a Schickle.
      What had happend with the swastika?

        I agree with Andy. A nice Tombak Schickle design U-Boat and the swastika may have been defaced at one point and then ground down to repair the surface.

          I think the swaz could be remowed in the act of denazification and then neatly restored and hence these file markes on the reverse.
          I enclose two images of my Schickle.
