Thanks Norm..I kinda thought it was not a repo the way it was treated.. Odd thought is-someone was kinda proud of it at one time to repair the pin the way it was so they could wear it after the war.. Mike

I would think so. Once again, a possible badge worn by post-war German minesweeper sailors clearing minefields. My guess anyway.
