Hymmen minesweeper badge

Hello,

I want to show you this minesweeper badge, it is not the best, heavy cleaning and wearing leaves his marks.

Neverthless I think it is a interesting badge with the uncommon needle system.

I like it very much!

I have to add this one to the Minesweeper classification system, since it's now the third one I've seen. As you probably know, the Hymmen Minesweepers are almost always marked L/53 and it's very unusual to find this early Tombak version without the marking. These are presumably the earliest version and have a shorter main pin then the marked versions. There are three variants of the marked Tombak version, so combined with your type there are a total of 4 variants of Tombak Hymmen.

Marked versions for comparison. Note the longer main pin on these. Both have the L/53 incorporated into the reverse die while the second one also has the raised circular ring around the are of the catch.

Very nice tombak Hymmen Minesweeper I also agree it deserves to be added to the Minesweeper classification table
