U-Boat-Clasp Bronze - good or bad?

got offered this U-Boat-Clasp in Bronze.

Have only these photos - hope they are good enough.

Weight is 19 g and measurements are 76 mm width and 24 mm height.

I like it as well. Would be nice to see a side view of the hinge and pin and edge of the badge but that is mainly for my own curiosity.
