    Hi bertastan,

Very much like the one discussed in this thread:
    http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=632400

Would you be able to show a closeup of the catch attachment?

    Best regards,
    ---Norm

            Hi bertastan,

Good photos! I agree that it appears to be a genuine Souval Auxiliary Cruiser and in my opinion it's from the same era of production as the example in the other thread I mentioned and the one supplied by Umlauf and pictured in the 1966 article from "Medal Collector". Questions always remain around around Souval products of course but I suspect it was finished in the 1960's using leftover wartime hardware, maybe just before they switched to the "paint-like" finish seen here? One can't be sure of this timeline though.

            Best regards,
            ---Norm

Thanks Norm, so genuine parts but put together after the War, so not worth much.

                Hi bertastan,

Market value is hard to predict, but even if not wartime it could still appeal to some collectors of post-war badges or collectors of Auxiliary Cruiser variants or collectors of Souval products in general.

Perhaps others could weigh in here with opinions on value?

                Best regards,
                ---Norm
