Looks like a good "wartime-compatible" Souval (with all the usual caveats that go with any Souval badge). Unusual ghosting of the maker mark, unless that's just the photo?
Is there any story behind the personalization with the name on the reverse?
I still see some ???'s From the double die type MM "R.S.", to the letters "CS" in the lower left reverse shot that are gilded over. The SWAZ is also misshapen or damaged with thin to then thicker arms. But, then again if it was priced as a possible Post Souval as stated or a good deal. What the hey.

I personally take the personalization of this badge with a grain of salt. Just my opinion of course.
Therefore, I am not sure if the name adds to the badge or detracts--
... the letters "CS" in the lower left reverse shot that are gilded over.
Pete has a point here. The scratches on the left of the reverse are gilded whereas those on the right are not. Quality of photos notwithstanding there do seem to be two different shades of gilding on the reverse. Also on the obverse, the swastika is worn whereas the eagle breast is in the second tone of gilding. This badge may have been partially refinished.
Probably not much more to say without better photos...
